The book analyzes modern food disinformation, focusing on the defense of traditional Italian cuisine by politicians and the widespread resistance to novel food innovations, such as cultivated meat. The development process was structured into two primary phases: research and content writing, followed by graphic layout design, editorial typesetting, and data visualization.
